I was among the founding designers to work on Material Design, where we unified Google's fragmented product ecosystem for the first time. I contributed to core component and motion design.

I applied Material to the Android Contacts app while designing the entire app from the ground up. There, I pioneered motion patterns still in use today—specifically the adaptive header scaling that responds to user intent.
