Designed identity systems for various Google AI subteams to provide legitimacy for these organizations as they interfaced with both external and internal partners.
Cerebra was an AI research organization inside Google. I designed an identity system for the team as it scaled its technology to product teams that could leverage the service.
The tagline, "Humanist Intelligence," is a reference to the belief that technologies should embody the values of people who created it.
The Dot Project was an internal research project pitched as the default system-level AI assistance for Android. It envisioned a persistent dot on screen that users could drag anywhere for further assistance. This was a precursor to the interaction models Circle to Search.
I designed an identity system to evangelize the concept to Android, based on the metaphor that inside the dot is your private knowledge graph.
Magenta was an open source research project at Google exploring the role of machine learning as a tool in the creative process. I designed an identity system used to interface with external partners at conferences and symposiums.
